Chef Cal’s experience has afforded him to hone his skills in leadership, education and management. As a Culinary of Arts Instructor in the River Rouge School System, he created their first High School Culinary Department which also included a Bakery Café. His talents have afforded him to create delicious meals for some of our nation’s elitist: Bishop Paul Morton, Bishop Charles H.
